agency
The agency operating manual on Clipora
How agencies actually run twelve clients on Clipora — sub-accounts, per-client domains, white-label, roll-up billing, and onboarding.
The setup
On Agency, you start by creating a child workspace per client. Each one inherits your plan and seats. Brand the client workspace, attach their domain, invite their stakeholder if you want them to see read-only analytics.
Onboarding a client in 20 minutes
- Create the child workspace (1 minute).
- Attach the client's custom domain — Vercel auto-issues TLS once DNS verifies (5 minutes wall clock, mostly DNS propagation).
- Brand the workspace — colours, logo, favicon (5 minutes).
- Clone the right industry template — Coach, Course, Real Estate, etc. (5 minutes).
- Customise the funnel for the client's specific offer (4 minutes).
Reporting
Roll-up reporting at the parent level shows health metrics across every client. CSV export per client per month if you bill per-client. White-label embeds and Agency-tier templates remove all Clipora chrome from outputs.
